We understand things happen, which is why Glitter & Co. is dedicated to making the return process beautifully simple for you. We're all about bringing you a top shopping experience from start to finish.

We want you to love your Glitter & Co. product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase all inquiries for a return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, we are happy to accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging with the exception of sale items which are all final sale.

We will not accept returns of worn pieces.

If you have a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us and we will look into some options for how to best resolve that for you.

Glitter & Co. monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Glitter & Co. will no longer accept any returns from that customer. So, please treat your items with kindness and do not remove the tags when you receive them until you know you are keeping them!


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Due to hygienic reasons, earrings & all piercings are final sale.

No Return or Exchange on promotions

Products that are on Sale, Promotion or Discounted are subject to final sale. No returns or exchange are accepted. 


Exchanges (if applicable) 

If you need to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us through email to discuss the need for an exchange. Items returned must be in the same condition as it was sent. Any exchanges done will be done once and be a final sale. Upon item being received and inspected to ensure in original condition we will ship back the new size or style.  

Return or Exchange Shipping  

To return your product, please mail the product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the return once it’s received and reviewed. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible if the returned package was lost and /or never reached our facility.
